L’Auberge du Thélème can be found in Beaumont, the heart of piémont cévenol between the river Beaume and the river Drobie.
The Inn is in a former rectory, in the centre of Beaumont, and you will find our popular restaurant, bar, walkers dormitories, a bed and breakfast and a media library all surrounding our peaceful garden.

L’Auberge du Thélème welcomes you to our exceptional setting at the foot of the Tanargue, we invite you to join us for a pleasant moment or a relaxing longer stay. Stéphanie and her team’s hospitality is available all year to dine on the terrace or have a drink in the garden, the team supply local, artisanal and organic products wherever possible on our menu which changes weekly.

L’Auberge du Thélème benefits from an exceptional setting in the centre of Beaumont, a village perched in the Cévennes ardéchoises; a place of peace and serenity. Just a stone’s throw from the hiking trail ‘tour du tanargue’ on which you can explore an authentic wild area of
natural beauty as well as traditional architecture. There are multiple foot paths where you can explore untamed rivers and breath-taking views.

Guests are welcome to stay the night or for a longer escape at l’Auberge du Thélème: You will find spectacular landscapes when exploring the numerous footpaths leaving Beaumont.
Two dormitories with five beds are at the disposition for walkers or perfect for families looking to reacquaint with nature.
For a more intimate stay in our bed and breakfast we have two bedrooms: ‘Thélémie’ with a double bed and ‘la Belmontaise’ with two single beds.

Modern cuisine
Prepared with fresh local organic (where possible) products. The restaurant l’Auberge du Thélème prides itself on its modern and inventive food. Our local seasonal produce is central to our philosophy of creating inspiring and original menus. Our restaurant will accommodate vegetarians, vegans and allergies and on our wine list you will find wines from Ardéche most of which are natural.
Main courses start at 12 € and our set menu is 26 €
